It was a fitting option for a weekend break in London with good value. The staff were super helpful with directions to the O2, which made our trip easier. A tip is to ask the staff for the best route to the O2 instead of taking the underground from Canary Wharf.

The location was super convenient, just a short walk to the DLR station. My room felt clean and comfortable, with a solid shower that had great pressure. I appreciated the tea and coffee-making facilities in the room. the air conditioning was a real letdown. it wasn’t working properly, making my nights a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast had a decent variety, but the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed during peak times. A few items ran out quickly and took too long to be replenished. I did love having a second pillow, making my sleep a little more cozy. The decor felt pretty dated, and could use a refresh to feel more modern.

Room was clean, but air conditioning didn't work properly. Staff were friendly and helpful. Plus, the location is perfect for O2 events.
